Private tours are now available

Phase 2 of reopening of the city after the coronavirus pandemic quarantine starts today, Monday June 22. In these initial stages of reopening we are able to offer private tours to individuals, families, and small groups. Although many of the well known indoor attractions closed, we are still able to offer our memorial highlights tours such as Welcome to Washington and DC at Night. Now is also a good time to visit some of the neglected places in and around DC that are definitely worth touring and can be visited while maintaining social distance. For example, while Arlington Cemetery gets all the attention, there are several cemeteries worthy of a tour such as Oak Hill and Congressional Cemetery. Local neighborhoods like Shaw, U Steet, Dupont, Adam’s Morgan and Georgetown also have much to offer. Outside of the city there are civil war battle sites such as Manassas, Monocacy, Antietam, Chancellorsville, and Harper’s Ferry. We will operate our private tours following local and national heath guidelines in order to protect our tour guides and our guests from covid-19 as they tour. Please contact us via email, phone or text so that we can go over options and customize a private tour that is right for you.
